Somewhere along the line our schools became little left-wing concentration camps and the focus shifted from teaching reading, writing and arithmetic to brainwashing kids with liberal propaganda. Even my kids’ preschool, which is run by some weird Christian sect, isn’t immune.
Every day my daughter comes home, she has some craft book extolling the virtues of horrible things like sharing, humility and charity. I could care less if schools teach actual facts like evolution or sex education. My beef is I think alternative theories should be presented to the leftist dogma of doing good deeds for those in need.
The final straw occurred yesterday when my daughter corrected me when I called our neighbor a dirty cripple. She referred to her as “differently abled,” and I have to admit, for the first time in a long time, I nearly lost my temper with one of my kids.
I don’t care if they cuss or start fires, but I will not tolerate that horrible term. When she said she was just repeating what she heard at school, I knew enough was enough. I eventually got my anger under control, and I explained that daddy wasn’t mad at her, but I was very angry at the vicious lies she was being taught. I then explained that the handicapped are not just like us, but are grotesque abominations, and if they get too close, you should not be afraid to hit them with a small stick to shoo them away.
My daughter then nodded thoughtfully, and I sent her off to play. She’s a good kid, and I knew she learned her lesson. But what about all the other poor children who are being raised on a saccharine diet of kindness and pointless generosity? What about them?
It was at that point I had an epiphany. If we want to win the hearts and minds of a new generation, we need to get them when they’re most impressionable. We need to start a chain of right-wing daycare centers that will instill proper values in kids. We can even save money by using those old racist textbooks other schools phased out for being offensive. At CodaCare Daycare we’ll tolerate just about anything, except for tolerance.
